I decided to replay Ico in the end, loving every minute. What I'll play after that though, I'm not sure. Not sure Okami would be my thing after loving then hating TP.

Just started ploughing through CoH again. Prolly won't be as good second time around, though.

That said, with the GFX on max, I -still- couldn't spot where the FMV ended and the in-engine began on the opening cutscene.

Hmm, what's been said about Excite Truck certainly has me interested. Thanks.

Manuel Garcia, yeah the story just goes a bit wild, like they had a great set up but they didn't really quite know what they were doing with it and they just got a bit silly.

Agree with the rest of your comments too, drawing your eyes off the action all the time turned really annoying as you kind of wanted to see what was happening. I get the feeling someone watching me play would have got more enjoyment out of it.

I did struggle on two bits, the stealth section (because of the completely stupid mechanics) and the bit in the office where all hell breaks loose. other than that it's pretty straight foward. Did you rock on the guitar?

Spent the evening playing GTA:SA; fuckin' hell what a game. Not sure why it didn't connect the first time, but it's sure connecting now!

I think I'm going to finish that off eventually. It does look rather luscious on the ole 360.

Spent most of the weekend coding this bugger but did manage a couple of hours of Hotel Dusk. It's OK and as I've just said somewhere else reasonably entertaining and fairly engaging but I not so sure it's worthy of all the praise its received. 8/10 at best for me at the moment.

It's all about Twilight Princess at the moment for me, which should take a good few weeks, if not months, to get through. About twenty hours in and quite happy with it so far, though it's been solid rather than spectacular. And the Lakebed Temple did seem a tad dodgy from what I saw last night.

In between that I'm having short sessions of Rayman, which has plenty of charm to keep me interested. Plus quick goes on Wii Play and Sports - I'm loving the Wii at the moment, basically. I also completed Yoshi's Island DS recently - a surprisingly hard game, and (fortunately) really rather good I thought.

I'm playing through Oblivion for the first time at the moment and I'm loving it.

Each time I stop playing, I can't really figure out why I've enjoyed it much, but I keep coming back for more.

Also, fifteen hours flies by really quickly in this game!

Thank fuck for that! I've been playing TP for ages now and I'm only at the flippin' sand level (Arbiter's Ground or whatever it's called). Spanky started playing it well after me and he's completed it already. :'(

As a golf game, with ball mechanics and swing mechanics, TW07 is better.

Lovely lovely 360 goodness all last night.

So, the Midway Demo - yes that's got ordered - loved it even though I was playing against some random yank who got all pissy and quit on me when I started stuffing it to 'im with my Zeros.

Then Lost Planet - which did't crash once. Ahhh and what a superb game it is too.

Arbiter Ground? I'm guessing that comes later on, then...

Anyway, I always take extra long when I'm playing Zelda games, as I like to take my time and appreciate it, as well as hunt out all the secrets. I won't be surprised if it'll be a lot more than 40-50 hours when I do complete the game.
