Couldn't find a to be deleted category since this really is only a quick question:

I recently tried to rent a movie through my 360. It told me the film was not available in my region. I currently have my 360 set to Belgium due to my credit card. Since it doesn't accept my belgian postal code though that is a moot point.

Would changing my address to the UK solve this?

And why are some EU countries treated differently with content? Ok, so I'm guessing language issues are one part of it.

So which EU countries currently have access to the movies?

Will I have any problems getting EU arcade content?

I had the same trouble downloading US movie content pre-Euro release of the movie store, but have no trouble downloading euro arcade content despite being in Japan, so you should be ok.

Cheers.

Are they actually planning on expanding the coverage of the movie rental side of Live to other EU countries?

The selection I can see isn't that great to begin with but it might become more interesting with time.
