Storm 8, developers of huge selling iPhone games like World War II, Vampires and iMobsters has been stealing iPhone numbers

Now the subject of a class action lawsuit in San Francisco, the developers of these hugely popular titles have put the number harvesting down to a bug in their code. The scalping of numbers has been happening since at least August but the individual filing the lawsuit, Michael Turner, called this "poppycock" (do Americans use flowery terms like that? Really?) and wants damages.

This one could run and run. With the iPhone development community being likened to the Wicky Wicky Wild Wild West, this one could run and run.
