Oh god, that is probably one of the worst puns I've ever headlined a story with.

EG alumnus and thoroughly ace chap Quantum Sheep is knocking out some quality gaming goodness on IOS and the next project from this talented chap and his minions is a dinky little game called "Air Supply"

As a bowl-helmeted space cadet, the aim is to survive as long as possible with your air tanks dwindling, and weird alien things trying to take a chunk out of your space suit.

Presented in monochrome stylish stylee, Air Supply adds a new wrinkle to the run-and-survive game dynamic. Played for scores, it sounds pretty peachy so have a look on the app store.

Any game that pays tribute to Elite (if you can spot the reference) is alright by us.

Review coming when we can wrestle that sucker onto our touch.

Thanks DDevil - Amazing that I haven't been on Eurogamer for over a year at least, and yet I still get a bunch of support from the old faces. Really warms the cockles of my temporal heart!

Thanks Peej also for picking this up - highlight of my day!

I'm trying to remember where I saw a video of this before today? It's not been featured on here before has it?

Well, it was put up on youtube and there's a couple of threads on Touch Arcade in 'new and upcoming' and 'iphone apps' 'n' stuff.

Maybe there?

Had a bit of a play over the weekend. Love all the little touches and sneaked-in sci fi references. I didn't get on with Canabalt but this pisses all over it IMHO. The double-tap jump is ace, and the addition of firepower to get your own back on those sneaky enemies also adds a new wrinkle to the 'run and run' genre.

Definitely need to play it a bit more before reviewing it but so far so good. Hats off Sheepy, slick work fellah!
